ABC Caregiver of the Year Award
We have just returned from the 2013 Always Best Care Franchisee Conference in Las Vegas where we spent several days sharing best practices among franchise territory owners and area representatives and discussing strategies to grow our respective businesses. We celebrated success as a national franchise system and acknowledged individual franchisees for their outstanding performance. However, the consensus highlight of the conference was the presentation of ABC’s First Caregiver of the Year Award at the awards dinner on Tuesday. Lupita Espanoza’s heartfelft response to being presented with a trophy and cash award for her contributions was emotional for her and the audience as well.
Congratulations to Lupita for her warm, professional and compassionate care of our elder clients. Kudos to ABC franchisees, Bonnie and Neil Zwack for a great hire and nominating her for the award to acknowledge her contribitions.
We describe the qualities that characterize Always Best Care franchisees as “fire and heart” – the desire to build a business and to make a difference in people’s lives.
So WHY do we do what we do?
- We have a passion for helping people maintain safe, independent and dignified lifestyles,
- We are commited to those entrusted in our care,
- We honor and respect our elders who have sacrificed for us; these are our parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles, veterans who served our country.
Always Best Care franchisees are dedicated to changing people’s lives – providing a “continuum of care” to supports a family’s needs from home care to assistance in exploring and finding the right senior living options – and when we do, we often find they’ve changed their own lives, too.
It’s about personal satisfaction and sense of accomplishment in building a business that makes a real difference for the seniors, families, and communities we serve.
